set up or find your VarVee HS Swim Team site click

Once you are at your website you need to
enter or edit your team meet schedule.
Meets you are hosting.
- Click "new meet" button
- Click "host a meet" button
- Fill out meet description
- Click "Submit"
- That will create meet and any visiting team can click
"Select a Meet to Attend" to have that meet added to their
schedule.
- Host
schools are responsible for entering the meet to the schedule and
uploading the Hy-Tek results.
Meets you are not hosting. If
you are not hosting a meet, but attending a
meet,
- Click "new meet" button to see meet is
already listed by hosting team.
Search for the meet you are attending in the "Select Meet to
Attend" box.
- If that meet is listed, check the button of that meet
and your schedule will automatically be updated.
- If the meet is not listed you will have to "create
a new meet" as the host team by filling in the meet description and
submitting the meet following directions listed in "Meets you are
hosting".
Media Outlets
- Your
AD has already setup the media outlet distribution list. These media outlets
will receive your results once you enter the results and stats. If you would
like to check the list and add any media outlets, click on "Choose
Media Outlets".
- You
can also add parents, players or fans to receive your results by clicking on
"Send Results to Fans" and adding their email addresses there.
After your first meet has the Meet Manager
results entered you can edit that team members information. Team members
names will not appear until MM results with those names have been added. It is
very important to have the names and years of each team member to be correct.
Different spellings/years will create multiple records. However you can edit,
merge and delete individual swimmers/divers.
